i receved letter from institute for send a request for condonation for the delay along with my employers comments. I hav no Idea wht to reply plz help me guyz.. if any one hav doc. file plz mail me on amangl259@gmail.com thanks :)

You received Form 112 because you would have done any other course along with CA without the permission of ICAI.
Send following to Regional Office of ICAI: 1) Form 112 duly filled in and signed. 2) Condonation Fees. 3) Reason of not getting permission from ICAI. 4) Your employer's comments on his Letterhead.
