11 October 2017 I got a letter from ICAI stating that I made a delay in submitting form 112 ,hence pay a fine of rs 500 and a letter from my employer stating reasons for such delay.The letter was addressed to my old employer(I took transfer from that employer).How can I reply for this letter.? Will just giving fine solve the issue? Please help

11 October 2017 No you have to frame the letter & get it signed by your previous employer.

11 October 2017 What if the CA denies to sign the letter, also technically he is no longer my employer.Do I have any other options,what if I don't write exams now and continue BCom after articleship

12 October 2017 CA cant denies othwrwise you can complain. You have to fill Form 112 even if you conatinuw after B.Com because you starts it during articleship.

12 October 2017 Thank you, is it OK that he's no longer my employer.Or should my new employer send the letter?I have not sent form 103 yet

13 October 2017 Even if you leave articleship but you have to get signed this letter from your previous employer

16 October 2017 My old employer clearly said he will not give condonation. Can I give the letter myself,?
