Right now, I hav completed my Articleship. After submission of my Articleship form, I joined CS and then after completing bcom i joined Mcom during articleship. I hav to submit form 112 again but have only one subject option in form. Do i hav to submit separate form or fill in same? Or there is separate place for cs and mcom form?

There is fine for it of rs 1000. Its for late filing of form 112. I have to send single draft or 1000 per degree?
