Respected Sir/mam,
I cleared my IPCC in Nov2011.Now i am going to write cwa inter in june 2013.I am not yet filed form 112.can i file it now??

Send form 112 now immediately for Late submission of form 112 institute levy penalty of Rs.1,000 if it send after one month from the date of registration to other course.
So first confirm me if you now under going your articleship training then you required to form 112 now. If you not under going your articleship training now then you need not to send it now but has to send at the time of articleship registration if at that time you pursuing another course.
So if you undergoing articleship now and your registration to CWA inter is more than one month back then send form112 and along with Rs.1,000/- also make the covering letter regarding payment of Rs.1,000/- for the purpose of late submission of form 112. The DD has to be drawn on the name of "Secretary,ICAI" and payable at the city name where you have to submit form 112.
