form 108

I have submitted form 108 on April 11th 2011 but haven't yet got any confirmation letter from ICAI. What should I do? Is this letter is required to attached along with Form 2 because it is written on form 2 that service completion certificate should be submitted?help me plz.

Submit form 2 and mention the fact about submission of form 108 in separate paper & attach with it. No problem as such.
