15 June 2014 In Form 107 there are 3 space for signature of witness & there is no space for signature of employer & article. Please can u tell whether signature of Employer is to be taken on witness box or not?

15 June 2014 there are total 9 boxes...3 in three rows each.

in first row, left box the CA/partner/paid CA's signature is to be taken

in second row, left box, where it is a paid CA, representative/CA/partner of the Firm in which he is employed will sign

in third row left column article will sign

witness will sign in right box of each row.
