A promoter who is also a practicing CA, Can he/she digitally sign the Form 1 for formation of a pvt. ltd.company as form 1 is required to be signed by practicing professional?
The promoter is not a director in the company.

As a director he can sign the form but if he is a promoter or director then he can not file Form-1 as practicing CA.
