Sir,
Actually Income tax return was filed 4years earlier.So forgot the password and the registered mail id and contact number was of somebody not known.So tried for OTPS to new email and contact no.But it is asking information regarding Bank A/c no (or)tds details (or) tax paid details,which are not known.So what should i do in this issue?

You can use the Tax Paid Challan details when you filed your return....

In that it is displaying tax paid details for A>Y 2016-17 & 2017-18.As returns were filed 4 years back i had no such statements.So i had paid nominal tax of Rs.10 for current A.Y,but when i enter those details it is displaying as incorrect details.

Please take a 'digital signature' and reset pass word using DSC option.

Sir finally worked.Challan took 5 days to get updated in income tax site.And also we can login through internet banking of the client though we dont have I.T login password.

If You are paid a IT payment recent AY. Then You can use the challan number for reset the Password...
Go to select OTP option and New mail and Mobile number and next go to select tax payment optins. You can reset this way...
