Dear Sir
I am new in this site and also in UP VAT E Return when i first time logging in 123 then account was open i made password but then i again open account this was locked and not open,
Please answer

visit the IT cell of your vat office with proof of ownership of the login and pwd, they will assit you to restore / reset the pwd
