31 January 2011 Mr X and Mr Y have a pvt. ltd. company that invests and trades in India's stock market and commodities market. Mr X and Mr Y are resident Indians.

They want to induct Mr. Z as a shareholder. Mr. Z is a foreigner.

How can Mr. Z be inducted as a shareholder in investment company so as to comply with SEBI and RBI regulations?
