We have formed the Trust in India. What is the way and procedures for receiving donations from foreign nationals.

12 January 2012 You need to take permission from Ministry of Home Affairs first. The permission can be taken in two ways.. first if donation is one time only then take prior permission before receiving the donation every time, second if donation is to be received again and again then go for the registration with MHA..under the provisions of Foreign Contribution Regulation Act..

15 January 2012 Since the trust has been recently formed ,hence it shall get prior permission only and not permanent registration.
