WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR FILING/INTIMATING INWARD REMITTANCE TO RBI AFTER RECEIPT.

u will communicate to the RBI When ever u receive the money as per FIRC Given by the Bank
u will allocate the Shares or debentures with in 6 months from the date of receipt.
file FCGPR - Part A with in one month from the date of ALLOTTMENT
u will allocate the Shares or debentures with in 6 months from the date of receipt.

Inward remittance should be intimated to RBI within 30 days.
