24 November 2014 One my Clint running business of developing i phone games and application, has all income generate form USA.. what is tax liability on that?? and how i should i kn that this all income is after deduction of tax in u.s or not??

24 November 2014 The residential status of your client will play major role in deciding the taxability of the income.
Assuming that your client is resident and ordinary resident, the income from such acticity is taxable in India.
If the said income is after deduction of TDS (Withholding Tax as is popularly known world over), ask the payer about its details. You will get the same from payer.

24 November 2014 Ask the client to get the details of withholding tax, if any from the payer.

24 November 2014 income is taxable in india and u need to check that any tax is withheld on such income in usa and also check the dtaa agreement in relation to such income.
