12 December 2012 Hello friends.. Our 1 of Clients is planning to invest FDI in Indian Agricultural Land, not directly but by purchasing the shares of that company which is having Agricultural Land as one of its major Assest or i should say only Assest. Now my question is that is it possible for an foreign individual to purchase these shares or is there is any restrictions in this..?? Thanx in advance.
