WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AWARDER AND SUBCONTRACTOR.

Awarder is the person who actually awarded the contract work. Sub contractor is the person is actually doing the work, this may be given by the awarder to some other person, that some other person can be called as sub contractor
