a employee/ a business men who deposits 2 lakh as fixed deposit for a 6 year in bank.( asst year 17/18) now our question is can they claim benefit as savings u/s 80c.cc CCD. every year till the 6 years completed are only once in six years.

The benefit under chapter VI A can be claimed only once (in the year of deposit)

Generally Tax saving deposit schemes are for 5 years tenure & designated separately.
