what is the time limit of filling form62(return of deposit) and what are the consequences if not filled the above form on time ?

The company shall file e-Form 62 with the Registrar for return of deposits every year as at 31st March, on or before 30th June.

Return of deposit under Rule 10 of Acceptance of Deposit Rules is to be filed upto 30th June every year.
A copy of Return of Deposit is to be send to RBI as well.
