One Client purchased a Lorry 4 years back.He wants to file return for 2016-17.Please tell me Where to Take lorry value in IT RETURN for depreciation purpose. Is it wdv value or addition for more than 180 days
One Client purchased a Lorry 4 years back.He wants to file return for 2016-17.Please tell me Where to Take lorry value in IT RETURN for depreciation purpose. Is it wdv value or addition for more than 180 days

Depreciation has to be calculated on WDV of the lorry. Calculate the depreciation for 4 years and show the balance as Opening WDV and calculate current years depreciation on the opening WDV.
