29 January 2014 Hi, I want to know that if anyone running the proprietorship firm with the job, than fix salary can be count as INDIRECT INCOME in the firm.

29 January 2014 no friend...salary earned will not form part of indirect incomes...and for tax purposes it will compulsorily taxed under "income from salary"

29 January 2014 you have to...it is provided in ITR-2, ITR-4, ITR-4s..so there should not be any issue.
