if asset is installed in 12-13 bt full payment is made in 13-14..dep wil start from which year

Depreciation will start from the date when such Asset is put to use irrespective of date of payment.

depreciation will start in which year assets staring to use.

from the date of put in use the FA, but if payment to party is not made as per capitalization amount, i.e. you have capitalize it with full invoice value, but at the time of payment you deducted any sum, then you have to reduce your capitalization with that sum.
