10 June 2009 Hello,

For registration of partnership firm, I have got the following documents ready viz:
- Deed of partnership (duly notarised)
- Copy of partnership deed (in Marath)
- Form A
- Blank stamp paper of Rs 50
- Photo identity & residential proof of both the partners

Do I need to get any other documents done? What should be my next step?

download specimen of affidavit at https://industries.delhigovt.nic.in/Download/IN-AFF.PDF
2. Attested Copy of the partnership deed one set
3. Ownership prove of principal place of business
