23 April 2019 My firm constitution has changed in to company.
Please tell me GST implications on me and how to transfer my previous Firm ITC in to new Company
Old firm registration cancel automatically or not?

23 April 2019 You need to cancel firm registration and apply for fresh registration ( Rule 19 of CGST Rules 2017.
• Where there is change in the “Constitution of any business” resulting change in PAN then the said registered person should apply for fresh registration.
)
Procedure for cancellation : -
Login to the GST Portal with your user-ID and password.
Navigate to the Services > Registration > Application for Cancellation of Registration option.
Fill the relevant details & submit .

Previous firm's ITC can be transfer thru FORM GST ITC 02 .

Old Firm registration will not be automatically cancelled . You need to apply for cancellation with the procedure given above
