Dear sir I registered for ST on 18th sep 2013 but did not pay any tax. i am providing under warranty service for Crompton Greaves Limited from 16th nov 2013. Am I liable to pay any fine for that? If yes then how much. please clarify.
2. due date for payment of service tax shall be 5th January for the service tax payable during the quarter ending 31 December 2013. You get an additional day if you make online payment.
3. due date for service tax return shall be 25 April 2014 for the 6 months period ending 31 March 2014.
