14 March 2012 How many times can a company keep on changing its financial year from 12 months to 15 months

Section 210(4) provides that a financial year may be less or more than a calendar year, but it shall not be exceed 15 months. The financial year may extended to eighteen months, where special permission has been granted in this connection by the concerned ROC.

So, if ROC granted permission then you can do so.
