22 October 2013 As a matter of confidentiality no one wil prefer to share feeded financial statements

however prepare as below

1)take trialbalance to excel format from your accounting package

2)first prepare notes to financial statements,prepare sub notes also if required as per size of company however sub notes not required to take a print
.
.
prepare notes to finanical statements with a links from trial balance you can also use sumif formulae if you think it is necessary depends on size of company
.
3)once proper grouping of notes is completed just give links to main BS,AND P&l from notes

4)make sure financial statemnet is prepared as per required disclosures and it should be as per revised schedule VI, you may refer to icai guidence note on revised schedule VI for guidence

5)during finalization time if any entries passed just pass those entries in excel sheet naming it as audit entries sheet and given links to trial balance, once TB updated automaticall total financials will update if you have given proper links and correctly
