SIR,
I am finalising Balance sheet of Pvt ltd for 31-03-2014. i want to know which provisions should apply whether Co act,1956 or 2013. As for Depreciation etc..

companies act 1956 and related schedules shall apply on FY 2013-14 financial statements.
Companies act 2013 shall apply on financial year stating 1 April 2014.

only from 1.4.2014 onwrds for all fy co act 2014 shall be applicable..
