27 January 2016 sir as i have passed my ipcc exam in november 2014 and started my articleship in 19/03/2015 .i want to know when is my final exam due and completion of my articleship period

27 January 2016 You can appear for CA final in Nov 2017, subject to of course completing other formalities.
Your articleship should get over by 18/03/2018.

As I have heard that exam should be give only after completing my articleship.

27 January 2016 that notification is yet awaited. If it comes, then you may be required to follow that. I think, right now, you can start study, isnt it?
