When we have one year balancesheet suppos 2009-10 & we file the rturn for the year 2010-11 on random basis & now we want to writ the fal account for the year 2011-12 thn hat i should written s opning balance for th year 2011-12?

what you mean by random basis. You should restate the accounts for 2010-11 and then carry-forward correct balance to 2011-12
