already filled itr-4 for AY 2013 and refund received but not filled return for AY 2012 for refund claim. now can be filled for ay 2012? please guide me thanks..........

if you mean by AY 2012-13, yes you can file the return upto 31 March 2014 under section 139(4)

refer sec 139(4) teh time limit is 31.3.2014 so only 24 days left hurry up.
