Dear Sir
An Assessee not filed his income tax return from last 4 year due scrutiny case of his prpritor firm. now he close the firm. now he can file ITR. of A.Y. 2013-14 Online.

Yes he can file ITR for AY 2013-14 now. However, ensure that it is filed on or before 31/3/14 to avoid penalty.
