22 August 2014 As we all know that date for furnishing Audit Report u/s 44AB has been extended to 30th Nov . 2014.I wanted to know that whether ITR can be filled without furnishing Audit report u/s 44AB or not?

22 August 2014 the rule is that return should be filed after filing the audit report. so theoretically the due date for filing the return should also be extended
