Filling of dvat form.16 and its annexures

Is quarterly Dvat return in form.16 is filled with its annexures 2A,2B,2C and 2D or the annexures can be filled separately.
If the return and annexures are e-filled is any hard copy or print out is required to be submitted to the department.

You just need to fill annexures 2A,2B,2C and 2D. DVAT 16 would automatically filled after filling above annexures.
Hard copy of DVAT 16 need to be submitted to the department.

Does the Dvat.16 is filled with annexure 2A and 2B while annexure 2C and 2D is filled later.
IS the date of filling D.vat 16 and annexures is always different.
Because I have seen that the date of filling Physical Return of VAT & CST for the quarter ended June without Annexure 2C and 2D is 31.8.2013. And Physical filing of Annexure 2C & 2D for the quarter ended June 2013 is 10.10.2013
