Filling Balance sheet Firm and individual

Sir, my proprietorship firm has been audited. In addition to Balance sheet of said firm, there is also Balance sheet of my individual affairs. Whether I should fill in ITR 4 only Firm,s Balance sheet or Consolidated Balance sheet (adding individual Balance sheet) ?
