Filing of return of trust a.y. 2010-11

30 March 2012 Whether it is compulsory to file Trust & Association return online,which ITR form is applicable for filing of return of trust & Association.

I have file paper return ITR 7 for a trust & tomorrow is last date for filing return for A.Y. 2010-11, ITO was saying you are required to file online,is it right, if right then under what section they required to file online return?

I think Filing online is not mandatory.

Please help me experts its an urgent.

31 March 2012 yes you are right. ITR 7 cannot be filed online. It has to be filed mannul only.
