Respected sir,
Is it compulsory to write bank account number in all the returns for Assessment year 2011-12. If yes then please tell me any circular or notification number etc. thereof.
If in some cases, if it is not available and if the assessee want to file his income tax return, then what remedy available to assessee.
Please guide.

in case of refund its mandatory , otherwise fill any bank account or 00000000
