15 February 2011 One of our cliet filing the purchase invoice as per po no wise. so whether it is correct to place the invoices in the purchase files as per po no. wise. As they didn,t place the document as per document wise, it becomes difficult for us to do the audit as we need to trace that entry in purchase register.
