My Aunt Receipt Income under section 194 IA (Renting of immovable property) while this property does not belong to her inspite it belongs to her spouse. So my query is that in which head of income she file her Income tax return

if asset is not owned by AUNT, the income will be clubbed with the income of her SPOUSE. The spouse to file the return
