Dear Experts,
Please tell
Our company is incorporated on 26.03.2013. We will file our balance sheet with ROC for the period from 26.03.2013 to 31.03.2014.
But in income tax :- is it compulsory to file income tax return for the fy 2012-13 whereas on business activity is done in 5-6 days
If yes, then we have to file the balance sheet audited or non- audited

it is compulsory to file the return irrespective of whether the company was in existence for only 5 days..
