07 October 2017 I filed GSTR 3B for the Month of Aug 2017 in time. I want to file GSTR 1 but it shows Error:- GSTR-1 SAVE/ACTION ON COUNTERPARTY INVOICES/SUBMIT ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR CURRENT DATE.
Now How can I File GSTR - 1?
Last Date for GSTR - 1 is 05-10-2017. So is there any penalty for Non filing of GSTR - 1?

08 October 2017 I fully Agreed with Mr Udaya Chandran.... Dear Friend (Anonymous), Also GSTN notified the August month return as - TBU... So, wait on further notification... Also GSTNs says it ll be start after filing GSTR 3 for the month of July...
