Dear All,
Pls. share your views
As per sec. 141(3)(g) of CA,2013 only 20 Companies audit by one CA from F.Y. 2014-15, In the AGM we take resignation and consent by new auditor ,then the retiring CA need to file ADT- 3 or not.

Yes
Auditor has to file Form ADT-3 within 30 days of resignation
