can a company file form 32 for company for appointment for same time or for other time without cessation of first CS. ?

If a company having CS and you have not filed their Form-32 then you can not file your Form-32 for appointment.
Today I am filing a one Form No-32 for appointment and resignation of company secretary at a time.
No issue, you can file.
