Filing of balance sheet with roc

This query is : Resolved

09 September 2013 Is it possible to file first Balance sheet of a new company without filing 23B?

09 September 2013 Form 23B is for "Information by Auditor to Registrar"

So i think even if form 23B is not filed by the Auditor Company may file the Balance Sheet & P/L with the ROC in form 23AC & 23ACA (XBRL if applicable).

09 September 2013 Hi

Yes, very much possible. For this your Balance sheet should be before the FY 2010-11.

In Place of SRN you can mentioned Z99999999.
