SIR,
I have to ask that if in 26AS any transation
of mutual fund,shares and bonds reflected(as reported by AIR filer)then Assesses has to file form 61A?or what should assesses has to do for this while furnishing return?

In ITR he should furnish the details under
Shedule AIR , which can be found below the schedule EI of exempt income.

sir,i have received your reply thank for this but sir i want detailed info for this,the AIR filer has reported that is reflected in 26AS.then i have to file the AIR return and what is the procedure for the same

You need not file AIR return.
The Authorities like Bankers, Mutual Funds, Registrars etc have to file AIR return.

Next time whenever you file a return, please furnish such information in the ITR only.
