After accepting the audit now is it compulsory for auditor to file his consent in ROC..

Auditor has no responsibility to file any form, it is the responsibility of company to file ADT-1 once the auditor is appointmented.

Company has to obtain auditor consent, same to be uploaded as mandatory attachment in ADT-1 by company along with board resolution.
