I have not been filing tax as i was not coming in the tax bracket. from this yr i wish to take home loan. can i file tax for last 2 yrs as well to help me create my tax file and apply for a loan ?

you can file tax return for FY 2011-12 and FY 2012-13. last date for filing tax return for FY 2011-12 is 31 March 2014.
