On what Income I have to file IT Return.
Total Income less Deduction 80C = Below Taxable Limit.
Eg.- 300000 - 100000 = 200000
Total Income less Deduction 80C = Below Taxable Limit.

Below taxable limit no need to file return.

well actually if you read fifth proviso to section 139(1), return needs to be filed on the basis of income before giving effect to chapter VI-A deductions. So in this case return should be filed
