Sir I want ask you that according to FEMA regulations in portfolio investment scheme a foreign institutional investor can buy or sell securities on repatriation basis. So what do you mean by repatriation hare?

Repatriation means he can take back the funds with profit earned to his country after paying taxes in India.

Sir, according to FEMA regulation direct investment can be made by a Indian entity in joint venture/wholly owned subsidiary so, this jv/wos bolongs to the Indian entity or any other foreign entity
