Can anyone please explain the procedures for payment of Royaly for software products from an Indian Comapny to a foreign company.

14 April 2013 It is pretty simple. Ask your banker for the same, as far I remember it involves giving of invoice and Form A2.However keep in mind tax withholding provisions.
