dear all .
whatever i had studied (ipcc) just slipped from my mind .
now it seems that first time i m studying any topic.
now less than two moths is left and i m feeling very nervous .what should i do?

Just go through your Notes that you have prepared on you own.
That can be rememberd easily.
read the topics that you have read earlier twice from the same books. you will recall it earlier.
