Our society is going to receive foreign contribution from US... Can anyone please help me in this regard.. I am confused whether i have to obtain FC3 registration or Just FC4 prior permission or both?

The answer shall depend on whether the society is registered for more than 3 years and whether the society has incurred more than 10 lakh rupees in last those 3 years.

it is registered for more than 3 years.. but didnt incur any expenditure in last 3 years..
